Perimenopausal should understand physiological changes occurring menopausal transition. They be encouraged a healthy lifestyle. hormone therapy indicated for relief acute menopause treatment urogenital atrophy. It administered lowest effective dose shortest period time. initiated before age 60 years or within 10 after order decrease its risks. benefit/risk profile needs individually re-assessed every year.
